The Asset and Property Management team consists of skilled management professional trained to both anticipate problems before they arise, and to act as troubleshooters, providing sophisticated solutions for both the day-to-day operations, and long-term enhancement of assets being represented.
In addition, the team undertakes the preparation and implementation of all operating budget plans, as well as cash receipt and disbursement processing. Financial reporting is provided monthly and on a year-to-date basis. Fiscal management services include maintenance of separate checking, savings, and security accounts, the investment of all reserve funds, and calculation of all invoice pass-throughs, (i.e., common area maintenance fees, utility charges, real estate tax charges, percentage rent, and all other operating expense escalations.) The asset’s long-term stability is achieved through conservative, cost-effective, yet thorough, maintenance procedures.
