M.C. O’Brien Inc. finished the 4th quarter with several notable office transactions totaling 59,614 Sq. Ft., throughout Brooklyn and Queens

 

William P. O’Brien, SIOR assisted Brian Given, Steve Jaray and Sheena Gohil of Colliers International NY, LLC, in representation of New York Presbyterian Queens in the lease of 12,000 Sq. Ft. of ground floor medical office space in the prominent Pinnacle Condominium located at 112-05 Queens Blvd in the desirable Forest Hills building section of Queens. Vass Realty represented the ownership.

He also assisted Matt Astracan and Sarve Eshtehardi of  Jones Lang LaSalle., in the lease of  7,500 Sq. Ft. in a newly developed building located at 720 64th Street to New York Life Insurance in the Bensonhurst section of  Brooklyn.

Bill also represented One on One Counseling in the lease of 3,500 Sq. Ft. located at 887 East New York Avenue in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn.

Bill also represented Stanley Black and Decker’s Convergent Security System’s Division in the renewal of 8,000 Sq. Ft. of office space located at 10-09 49th Avenue in Long Island City.

Bill represented CAMBA Inc. in the lease of 2,000 Sq. Ft. of office space at 1667 Pitkin Avenue located in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn.

He also represented Brooklyn Community Services in a lease extension of 6,814 Sq. Ft. located at 540 Atlantic Avenue  in the Boerum Hill Section of Brooklyn.

The leasing team of William P. O‘Brien, SIOR and Karen Cohen also of M.C. O’Brien Inc., effectuated several other transactions including:

2412 Church  Avenue, a 15,000 Sq. Ft. one story office building in the Flatbush Section of Brooklyn  to Help PSI, the tenant was represented by Michael Zaleski of Zaleski Properties.

1310 Rockaway Parkway a 8,750 Sq. Ft. a one story office building in the Canarsie Section of Brooklyn to Brooklyn Community Services.

In the final lease Cohen and O’Brien leased 3,800 Sq. Ft. to South Brooklyn Legal Services at 900 Fulton Street in the Clinton Hill section of Brooklyn.

O’Brien observed that the office market continues to be very tight throughout the Borough and with the benefit of over 25 years of brokering all facets of commercial real estate he has honed a unique set of skills and experience that allows him to transact leases throughout the boroughs of Brooklyn and Queens.
