O’Brien Brokers 40,000 s/f Industrial Lease
Michael O’Brien, III, SIOR, CEO of M.C. O’Brien, Inc. has arranged a long-term 40,000 s/f industrial lease in Sunset Park. O’Brien conducted an extensive search of available spaces on behalf of its customer, U.S. Fixtures. The leased space is in the Bush Terminal Industrial Complex and is operated by the N.Y.C Economic Development Corp. The tenant plans to refurbish some of its new location subsequent to a reasonable work letter by ownership. The facility has over 20′ ceilings and adequate loading. U.S. Fixtures intends to install a modern showroom with offices constructed above them

Michael O’Brien, III, SIOR, CEO of M.C. O’Brien, Inc. has completed the lease of 23,700 s/f at 808 Alabama Ave in Fairfield Industrial Park a/k/a Spring Creek.
O’Brien Brokers 3,800 s/f Office Space Lease to PRFI
Michael O’Brien, III, SIOR, CEO of M.C. O’Brien, Inc. has completed the 10 year lease of 3,800 s/f of office space at 358 Grove Street in the Williamsburg neighborhood. The new tenant is the Puerto Rican Family Institute, Inc. (PRFI). Its operation will house a NYC agency for children’s services program and will bring much needed services to the Bushwick/Ridgewood section of Brooklyn.
O’Brien Brokers Two Leases Totaling 26,400 s/f
Michael O’Brien, III, SIOR, CEO of M.C. O’Brien, Inc. has completed two leases totaling 26,400 s/f. The deals include the following: The lease of 16,400 s/f at 56-75 49th Street, Maspbeth and 10,000 s/f to LDS Containers on West Street in the Williamsburg Section of Brooklyn.
O’Brien Completes Two Long Term Leases
According to M.C. O’Brien, Inc. it has completed the signing of two long term leases. In the first transaction, the Brooklyn Museum committed to a 12,000 s/f lease in the Bush Terminal/Industry City Complex, in Sunset Park. The museum will house artifacts and heirlooms of significant historical and architectural value from the city’s history. In the second lease, M.C. O’Brien, Inc. represented the landlord n a 19,000 s/f lease of industrial space in the Spring Creek neighborhood, to a local community group.
