Harris Litwak, Esq. has been involved in real estate, construction, development and law since 1985. He began his career as a field manager for a large commercial / industrial developer on Long Island, eventually moving to Brooklyn to join his family business, where he developed successful “ground up” projects ranging from retail to commercial and industrial uses. Harris was admitted to the NY State Bar in 1985. Since the mid nineties, he has practiced in all areas of real estate law, tax certiorari, tax abatement, finance and construction management services. Harris has also served in the capacity as a consultant to a variety of new york city based builders, developers and owners.
Harris’ clients have included the City and State of New York, several Fortune 500 companies and closely held companies seeking relocation or expansion in the boroughs of New York City.
Harris joins our firm with over twenty five years experience and an array of knowledge covering the gamut of building construction, negotiation of leases and sales as a licensed realtor and counselor.
